You can pay with PayPal within the shopping cart.
1. After clicking "Add to Cart" you will be taken to another page to process your payment. Choose "Checkout with PayPal" if you have a PayPal account.
2. Login if you have a PayPal account, or simply enter your credit card information.
3. Click here to see where you can enter ordering instructions.
4. ENTER TEAM NAME FOR "JUST PLAY" IN ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS. (*TEAM NAME REQUIRED - player names are helpful).
5. ENTER COMPANY SPONSOR NAME/TEAM NAME FOR HOLE SPONSORSHIP IN ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS under shipping address. (*TEAM NAME REQUIRED - player names are helpful.
6. Verify all information before clicking submit.
7. You DO need a PayPal account to checkout.
9. If you have a Paypal account click the "Checkout with PayPal" button to log you into PayPal and proceed with all applicable information.
You can also submit your sponsorship via mail, to do so you will need to send your payment & a filled out version of the form listed below to our office at 2023 West 1300 North, Farr West, UT 84404 Attn: Chief Paul Sullivan.
